Amazon Pickup Points
Pickup Points are self-service kiosks, located inside a convenience store, pharmacy, or other retail location. Pickup Points are open 24/7. To retrieve your package from a Pickup Point, you'll need the pickup code sent to you by Amazon, as well as your government-issued ID.
Amazon Hub Lockers
Amazon Hub Lockers are self-service kiosks located in public places, such as grocery stores, shopping malls, and apartment buildings. Amazon Hub Lockers are open 24/7. To retrieve your package from an Amazon Hub Locker, you'll need the pickup code sent to you by Amazon, as well as your government-issued ID. If you're using the Amazon Hub app, you can also open the locker remotely.
